Purchase and Management of Materials
Our qualified team with many years of experience works to identify alternative sources and products, making direct purchases from leading manufacturers in the sector, thus guaranteeing efficiency and timeliness of the entire supply chain.
The main objective is the procurement of materials in times suitable for production, maintaining low warehouse levels and avoiding the creation of obsolescence among purchased materials.
The management system and the automatic warehouses are closely interconnected, so as to share the fundamental data for the management of materials such as production orders.
Development Department
Coban has a qualified technical office for research and development, including on behalf of third parties, and has in fact achieved significant experience over the years in the design of special machines with dedicated software and/or hardware based on customer specifications. Also thanks to the maintenance of all the strategic know-how of the products within the company, pre- and post-sales technical support is guaranteed which is certainly better than purely commercial realities.
The decades of experience of those who work there and the in-depth knowledge of the market allow the realization of projects using the components most economically and technically suited to the actual needs of the customer.
Furthermore, the knowledge and constant collaboration with companies in the various fields of industry (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical) allows us to also represent the point of reference for the customer who needs the “turnkey” construction of machines and systems of various types.
The possibility of personalizing the various products almost “made to measure” allows the customer on the one hand to differentiate themselves from their competition and on the other to “build loyalty” with their customers.
Furthermore, Coban produces and markets a series of electronic modules primarily oriented towards automation capable of using common communication protocols (CanOpen, Modbus RTU/ETH, Ethernet), allowing the creation of even the most complex automation projects for machines and systems. .
The technical service characterized by capable and expert resources where the product characteristics and the feasibility of the productions requested by the customer are studied.
In the case of sampling or new production, the technical office is able to support the customer in all phases of product creation and process improvement, managing to provide important support in the product industrialization phase.
